On September 17, 2019, the Japanese government claimed in the Tokyo High Court trial that it was "low-dose exposure" until 20mSV / per year. Is it really “low dose” until 20mSV / per year?

The Japanese government has asserted that "health damage to health is not at a level of concern." However, I think it is dangerous to spend a lifetime within 20mSV / per year, from babies to adults.

I request that the reference level “1-20mSV / per year” of the ICRP based on the Japanese government be deleted. In any country, people are entitled to live with an annual exposure dose of less than 1 mSv. People's “useless exposure” should be eliminated.
